PACKAGES
All packages include a phone interview and in-home consultation, ideally before baby’s arrival to discuss your expectations, anticipated family needs, household guidelines and address any other specific concerns. If you need minimal hours, individual hours are available for $25/hour with a minimum of 12 hours. **Beginning with bookings May 2023, an additional $15 per visit will be added for locations over 15 miles from 23508 zip code.

Welcome to the World
Rest easy knowing that you will have support and care during your first month as a mother. During the first 4 weeks, I will provide assistance with mom’s postpartum recovery, allow parents to rest while providing infant care, help with light cleaning and household organization, encourage mother and baby bonding and support with baby’s feedings. Additional hours may be added for $25/hr.
12 hrs/week for the first 4 weeks: $1055
Watch Me Grow
With support 2 days a week for 4 hours each day, I will help build confidence in infant care, assist with mom’s postpartum recovery and baby’s feeding, provide resources for any difficulty that may arise, and help maintain order in the household. I can also assist with food prep and provide mom time to rest. Additional hours may be added for $25/hr.
8 hrs/week for 6 weeks: $1100
Baby Steps
This package can be tailored to fit your family’s needs. I can provide support for 2 days a week for the first 12 weeks postpartum or 3 days a week for the first 8 weeks. The consistency of these 4 hour visits for the first 2-3 months allows me to provide the family with a cushion of support for the full fourth trimester. Assistance with infant care, household organization, sibling care, rest/personal time for mom, and food prep are all included. The benefits of a longer length of support should result in more assurance, confidence, energy and strength at the end of the doula service. If additional hours are needed, they are available for $25/hr and should be used within the first 12 weeks.
